We collect information you provide directly to us through our website, WhatsApp, or email:

  • Name, email address, and phone number (WhatsApp) when you contact us
  • Business information: store name, platform (Shopify, Bol.com, Amazon), estimated order volumes
  • Product details and sourcing requirements shared during service discussions
  • Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on page
  • Conversion event data collected via Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools
  • To respond to your enquiries and provide fulfillment, sourcing, and shipping services
  • To send service communications (pricing, order updates, quotes)
  • To measure and improve the performance of our website and advertising campaigns
  • To retarget website visitors via Google Ads where you have consented to cookies
  • To comply with legal obligations under Dutch and EU law

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share necessary operational data (shipping addresses, product specs) with logistics partners and carriers strictly for service delivery, under confidentiality obligations.

Our website uses the following tracking technologies:

  • Google Tag Manager (GTM-NM39JKF7) — manages all tracking tags deployed on our site
  • Google Analytics — tracks pageviews, sessions, and engagement metrics
  • Google Ads (AW-17580610885) — records conversion events (WhatsApp clicks) for campaign optimisation and remarketing

  • Contact and enquiry data: up to 2 years after last contact
  • Active client data (product specs, supplier records, order history): duration of business relationship plus 2 years
  • Analytics and advertising data: in line with Google's standard retention policies (typically 14 months)

By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors and clients of Prime Scale Fulfillment.

Prime Scale Fulfillment provides China-based fulfillment, product sourcing, quality control inspection, pick and pack, private label, and worldwide shipping services for ecommerce businesses including Shopify dropshippers, Amazon FBA sellers, and Bol.com LvB sellers.

Specific service terms, pricing, and lead times are agreed in writing (via WhatsApp or email) prior to any order being placed. No service is considered confirmed until a written quotation has been accepted by the client.

Payment

Payment terms are established per client agreement. We operate on a per-order fee structure with no setup fees or monthly retainers. All prices are quoted in USD or EUR as agreed. We reserve the right to request advance payment for new clients or large volume orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines (6–10 business days to USA, EU, UK, and Australia for standard express lines) are estimates based on typical carrier performance and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs inspection, force majeure, carrier issues, or events outside our reasonable control are not the liability of Prime Scale Fulfillment.

Prime Scale Fulfillment performs quality control on all orders and takes reasonable care to ensure products meet client specifications. Our liability is limited as follows:

  • Liability for defective or incorrect products is limited to the replacement cost of the affected units
  • We are not liable for indirect losses including lost profits, lost sales, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for delays or losses caused by third-party carriers after goods have been dispatched with tracking confirmed
  • We are not liable for customs duties, import taxes, or regulatory compliance issues in the destination country

Clients are responsible for ensuring their products comply with applicable laws and regulations in their destination markets.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, logos, and copy — is the property of Prime Scale Fulfillment and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in the Netherlands.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
