Yes. The app is free to install and use indefinitely. You only pay for orders we actually fulfill — and only after you've requested and accepted a quote.
What's the minimum order volume?
We work with brands shipping 20+ orders per day. If you're under that volume, we can still discuss — contact us via WhatsApp.
How is fulfillment priced?
Pricing varies by product weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method. After you request a quote, we send a transparent breakdown of per-order fulfillment fee + shipping cost. No hidden fees.

Do you handle customs and duties?
Yes. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) by default, meaning duties and taxes are pre-paid and your customer doesn't get hit with a surprise bill at delivery.
What if I uninstall the app?
Active fulfillment service continues uninterrupted. If you've already paused the service, all merchant data we hold is queued for deletion within 48 hours, except where retention is legally required.
